One of the first sketches

More of the first.

Moved to pastels, still wasn't capturing what I wanted.

Tried watercolor.....before learning it well.

And then returning to the original digital sketch. This was the version that was in my thesis work.

Finally put the finishing touches on this. Its the Final time, hopefully, that I redo this particular image. 8 or 9 old tries in college and 1 more try now.
